His Baturo Washing Station uses cherries from his own farm and those of small-scale producers in the surrounding area. He has pioneered new areas where coffee could not previously be grown due to the high altitude, and currently produces only small quantities.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e The cool climate produces small, concentrated cherries, and there are almost no pests, so no pesticides are used. The variety is 74158.
