Refund Policy

1) If the product is damaged or defective

Please send details via DM on our official Instagram (@keigancoffee) within 7 days of receiving the product. Please let us know by email . We will contact you immediately regarding the procedure. We will either ship a replacement item or refund the product price. However, if an exchange is not possible, such as if the item is sold out or discontinued, we will refund the product price. There is no charge for the replacement product shipping fee.

*If you pay by credit card, we will process the correction (cancellation) of the invoice amount. However, due to the closing date, after you have been charged the full amount, it may be refunded at the time of your next invoice.

2) If there is an error or missing item in the product

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for details. DM on official Instagram (@keigancoffee) Please let us know by email . We will contact you immediately regarding the procedure. We will ship the products you ordered. There is no shipping fee for you.

3) Returns due to customer convenience

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns due to customer convenience, such as differences in product image, wrong size, wrong order, etc. (Because coffee beans deteriorate after roasting, they will be discarded after being returned.)

4) Cancellation of orders

We only accept cancellations before the product is roasted. If you have made a mistake in your order, Please let us know by sending a DM on our official Instagram (@keigancoffee).
If you pay by credit card, a processing fee has already been charged at the time of payment, so we will refund you the amount minus the processing fee.
If you use convenience store payment (KOMOJU), you can cancel up until the payment is made at the convenience store.
If you use bank deposit, you can cancel your order up until the transfer has been made.

If you choose convenience store payment but do not make the payment by the deadline,
