<Cherbesa Washing Station>

The washing station is located deep in the mountains at an altitude of over 1,950m, and the temperature drops so much that fog rolls in in the mornings and long sleeves are needed in the mornings and at night. In such an environment, the temperature only rises to a comfortable level during the day. Therefore, the cherries are dried slowly, exposed to plenty of sunlight. The careful drying process lasts for 10 to 14 days, bringing out the full flavor of the inherent Cherbesa cherries.
