<How to brew>

We recommend aging the coffee for 1-2 weeks after roasting and brewing it at around 92℃. ( Click here for the brewing recipe we use.)

<Story>

The producer, Mr. Abelham, is still in his 20s, but he is an ambitious producer who works with neighboring farmers and station staff to refine coffee with an emphasis on quality. During drying, the coffee is repeatedly stirred to prevent uneven distribution, and is kept covered during the day when the sun is strong and at night when there is a risk of rain. The drying process takes a total of 15 to 18 days.
