<Points to note about lucky bags>

○ Due to the large burden on delivery companies during the New Year holidays, we will stagger the timing of roasting and shipping. We plan to ship your order within 2 days of the roasting date .

○ Please note that if you purchase a lucky bag and another product at the same time, they will be shipped at the same time as the lucky bag.

○ If you purchase one set, it will be shipped by Click Post. If you purchase two or more sets or with other products, it will be shipped by Yu-Pack. Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date.

○ You can also pick up your order at our store. We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be picked up (within 2 days of the roasting date). Our opening hours are irregular during the New Year holidays, so please check our official Instagram for the latest opening hours.

○ The product will be delivered in a stand-up bag with a zipper and valve for easy storage. Store the product out of direct sunlight.

The expiration date is 90 days from the roasting date.

• Orders of 450g or more of coffee beans or orders including coffee equipment will be shipped via Yu-Pack (Japan Post) .

A : We issue receipts to customers who request them. (We may not be able to issue receipts depending on the payment method.) Once payment has been confirmed, we will send you a receipt by email.
