Las Delicias is a farm with a proven track record, having placed 4th in the 2017 Cup of Excellence. The Geisha cultivated in the Gethsemane plot since 2015 was acquired from Finca Don Pachi in Panama. Geisha that won the Honduras COE twice was also cultivated in the same seedbed.

Due to its delicate varietal characteristics, it is carefully cultivated under numerous shade trees and windbreaks.

After harvesting, ripe cherries undergo flotation sorting, then are dried on patios for 4 days. Subsequently, they are slowly dried for approximately 29 days in a vinyl greenhouse with 75% shading, resulting in a clean and complex flavor.
