<How to brew>

We recommend aging the coffee for one to two weeks after roasting, and then brewing it at around 92°C. ( Click here for the brewing recipe we use.)

<Story>

This lot is by Niguse Gemeda, winner of the 2020 Ethiopia COE.
The Chile Washing Station is his largest facility and produces both washed and natural coffee.
We have strict quality standards and only purchase cherries from farms within a 3km radius to ensure the freshest cherries.
