We recommend aging the coffee for one to two weeks after roasting, and then brewing it at around 92°C. ( Click here for the brewing recipe we use.)

<Story>

This lot is produced by Nigusse Gemeda Muge, winner of the 2020 Cup of Excellence. His Baturo Washing Station uses cherries from his own farm and those of small-scale producers in the surrounding area. He has pioneered new areas where coffee could not previously be grown due to the high altitude, and currently produces only small quantities.

The cool climate produces small, concentrated cherries, and there are almost no pests, so no pesticides are used. The variety is 74158. After careful hand-selection, the cherries are slowly dried for 18 to 20 days, with an emphasis on quality.
