Tamiru Tadesse, who won 1st and 5th place in the 2021 COE Ethiopia, is the owner of ALO COFFEE and one of Ethiopia's top excellent young coffee producers.

ALO COFFEE actively incorporates insights gained through interactions with top producers worldwide and introduces equipment that enables precise processing of developed country standards even in Ethiopia. They research over 100 processes annually with an approach that prioritizes quality improvement, environmental consideration, and stable reproducibility.

This lot is processed using the "Zero Fermentation" method, which involves no fermentation. After selecting ripe cherries, pulping and mucilage removal are done mechanically, and then they proceed directly to the drying process. The beans are uniformly dried on African beds.

The characteristic flavor is clean and transparent, expressing the terroir itself clearly by eliminating fermentation-derived flavors. It is a new form of washed coffee that purely reflects the individuality of Faficho.
