<Story>
Yirgacheffe is a high-altitude coffee region located at approximately 2,500m. In a rich natural environment surrounded by fertile black soil, rivers, forests, and lakes, coffee is carefully cultivated. While natural processing is common in Ethiopia, this region also produces many lots finished with traditional washed processing and sun-drying, characterized by their clean quality.
Although coffee production only began in earnest in the 1950s, relatively recently, Yirgacheffe has gained high acclaim for its unique flavor, combining the elegance of black tea with a wine-like body. The name "Yirgacheffe" has spread worldwide, and it is now a highly popular presence in the specialty coffee market.
<Manufacturing Cost (per 150g)>

② Indirect Material Costs:
Material costs that cannot be directly attributed to the production of roasted beans.
(e.g., blades and rubber parts for label cutting machines)
