A variety of fruit flavours, mainly citrus, including strawberry and apple.
A clear sweetness that fills your mouth.
This blend is available only in the summer of 2025.
We do not stock cold brew coffee bags because coffee beans deteriorate quickly once they are ground. We roast, grind, and pack the cold brew coffee bags after receiving an order.

○ If you would like the beans ground, please enter this in the comments section of the cart. (Example: I would like them ground for my coffee maker / I would like them ground medium)
○ If you have selected "Store Pickup" and would like to pick up your order at a specific time, please enter a date and time (during business hours) at least 72 hours in the future in the comments section of your cart. If you would like to pick up your order at a specific time within 72 hours, please contact us via DM on Instagram.
○ The product will be delivered in a stand-up bag with a zipper and valve for easy storage. Store the product out of direct sunlight.
The expiration date is 90 days from the roasting date.
<How to brew>
If you order beans, we recommend aging them for 3 days to 1 week after roasting and brewing them at around 87℃. ( Click here for the brewing recipe we use.)

<Cold brew coffee recipe>
Grinder: Fuji Royal R-220 Miruko Grinder Mortar
Grind size: Same coarseness as the hand drip (ice) recipe (Miruko dial 5~5.5)
procedure:
1. Place one cold brew coffee bag (40g) (such as a tea bag filled with coffee powder) into a wide-mouthed container.
② Add 600g to 700g of water (15 to 17.5 times the amount of water compared to the powder) from the top so that the entire cold brew coffee bag is thoroughly wet.
3) Leave to soak in the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours, then remove the cold brew coffee bag and it's done.
*Adjust the amount of water and soaking time to your liking.
*Store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours of preparation.

The total of the above items ① to ⑥ is the manufacturing cost.
*Total cost is the cost when the manufacturing cost, selling expenses incurred in selling the product, and general administrative expenses incurred in managing the entire store are included.
