" NEC presents FUJI & SUN'25 " is a camping festival that will be held from Saturday, May 31st to Sunday, June 1st, 2025 at Mount Fuji Children's Land in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
Chihiro Totugi , who will be exhibiting at the festival under the name "Sao Paulo Shoten TOKYO," requested that we create a festival-exclusive blend, and with the cooperation of Infusion Design, the organizer of the festival, "FUJI&SUN BLEND 2025" was completed.
This blend is designed with festivals in mind, allowing you to enjoy it in different ways at different times.
Enjoy it iced in the daytime for a refreshing lightness that you can gulp down in one gulp. In the evening, enjoy it hot, slowly savoring the depth of flavor that unfolds as the temperature changes.
On the day, the event will be available at San Paulo Shoten TOKYO, which serves Taiwanese cuisine such as its specialties "braised pork soup" and "douhua."

<How to brew>
We recommend aging the coffee for 1-2 weeks after roasting and brewing it at around 92℃. ( Click here for the brewing recipe we use.)
